A note from the creator

The fact that I’m writing this note after three years of developing this game is a dream come true, and I can’t thank you enough for being here.

I’ve been living in fantasy and sci-fi worlds since I spoke my first words, “These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.” My love of the fantastic, the magical, and the unexplained through storytelling and the creation of whole new universes has been ever present throughout my life. From Star Wars to Dr. Who. To Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. To Dragonball Z and Super Mario. To Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. Now, in my mid-30’s, I’m still just a kid who finds comfort in losing myself in universes born from others’ imaginations.

I never planned on creating a universe of my own, though it now feels incredibly fitting that it happened. A product of combining my many years of playing trading card games with my many years of consuming stories of faraway worlds, Earlyverse feels like a part of me I’ve been waiting to discover my whole life.

I am always seeking inspiration, excitement, and community, and I’m hoping that you’re able to find that in the Earlyverse. I can’t wait to go on this journey with you…by starting at the beginning. The very early beginning.
